• Experience 8 years in Commercial Finance Area
• Understand manufacturing process (managing RM, PM, WIP, Production, and Finished Goods)
• Understand Financial Management tools to analyze Manufacturing investment
• Having a FMCG background

Monthly Reporting

• Ensure total manufacturing cost is reported accurately and within the proper period
• All accrued amount need to be calculated accurately and booked into the proper period
• Ensure that variance analysis on the production cost is conducted properly
• Ensure that project reports (such as EPI, CIP) is reported properly and in the timely manner
• Ensure that the monthly forecast amount on manufacturing cost is monitored and variance to the actual is properly explained

Budget & Forecasting

• Responsible to lead the budgeting process in the manufacturing area
• Responsible to lead the Standard Cost Estimate during the budgeting process
• Ensure that all Capital Expenditure is properly analyzed and impact to the business is properly measured (using ROI or NPV)
• Ensure that activities relate to the saving initiatives are prperly defined and also agreed on the KPI and measurement to measure the saving

Business Partnering

• Provide analysis and simulation on the manufacturing cost on the new product that is being launched (work together with NPL team, NPrD, and Manufacturing team)
• Work together with the manufacturing team to make improvement in production efficiency
• Work together with supply chain function to manage the impact of cost of material to the product cost
