  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales.
  • Have minimum 3 years experience in Trade Marketing.
  • Having additional experience in Marketing will be competitive advantage.
  • Having experience in handling specific brands will be better for this position.
  • Strong brand strategy, and excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
  • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.
  • Must have excellent communication in English, both written and verbal.
  • Must be analytical and detailed oriented, able to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Ms Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint).
  • Willing to be placed at Garudafood Head Office, South Jakarta.

Responsibilities
  • Plan & propose yearly Sales Number (BP), align with Brand team.
  • Manage Promotion Activities (Trade Marketing Bulletin: ATL & BTL).
  • Lead sales forecast process in colaboration with Team Sales & Demand Planning.
  • Develop, plan & propose channel strategy.
  • Monitor & Evaluate NPL Product performance (Sales, Product & Promotion).
  • Create Selling story for MT & GT for new listing (NPL & non NPL).
  • Review contribution margin (GPC) of NPL with Brand team & CF team.
  • Monitor & evaluate existing product performance (Sales, Product & Promotion).
  • Develop, Plan & Propose yearly Trade Marketing strategy (Promotion & Budget).
  • Champion of Yearly Promotion Plan (ATL & BTL) deployment.
  • Review, Decide & Approve (matrix approval) final promo plan.
  • Monitor Promotion Activities (Trade Marketing Bulleting: ATL & BTL).
  • Manage, Control, Approve (matrix approval) & Review Promotion Budget.
  • Plan, Coordinate, Decide & Approve (matrix approval) NED Promotion action.
  • Plan & propose yearly MD Budget & Allocation (place & number) in all Channel.
  • Plan & propose SKU for PS in all Channel (GT & MT).
  • Coordinate with DD to Design, Plan, Monitor & Evaluate Sales Program/CM tools (from Principal) to be implemented by Sales teams.
  • Coordinate wirh DD to ensure all program can be set up/monitor in SNS system.
  • Console, Analyze report of Market Condition & Conduct Market Visit.
  • Analyze, consolidate data & create report related to CM Brand activites.
