Requirements
Possess a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
Experience in the dairy industry / snack industry / confectionery industry for at least 3-4 years as Food Technologist, R&D, QA, QC, or Production is a must.
Good & fluent communication in Indonesia and English
Good understanding of ingredients and processes in the dairy industry.
Innovative & creative.
Responsibilities
Development of products related to milk and other beverages - including formulation, process design, costing, conducting trials in both laboratories and factories, as well as preparing standard documents and monitoring product quality.
Ensuring and monitoring standards, quality, and food safety for both products and processes.
Support in product innovation.
Support for maintaining existing products, saving costs, and product & process improvement.
