Requirements
  • Possess a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
  • Experience in the dairy industry / snack industry / confectionery industry for at least 3-4 years as Food Technologist, R&D, QA, QC, or Production is a must.
  • Good & fluent communication in Indonesia and English
  • Good understanding of ingredients and processes in the dairy industry.
  • Innovative & creative.
Responsibilities
  • Development of products related to milk and other beverages - including formulation, process design, costing, conducting trials in both laboratories and factories, as well as preparing standard documents and monitoring product quality.
  • Ensuring and monitoring standards, quality, and food safety for both products and processes.
  • Support in product innovation.
  • Support for maintaining existing products, saving costs, and product & process improvement.
