• Experienced as HCBP/HRBP/OD for at least 1-2 years
• Possess a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Management, or Industrial Engineering
• Have extensive knowledge of Human Resource Management
• Good understanding of Labor Law
• Expert in operating Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willing to work on-site at Bintaro, Jakarta Selatan

Analyzing, recommending, and implementing organizational and HR development and management strategies in partnership with Directorate and Division leaders:

• Making organization design
• Manpower planning & fulfillment
• Mapping and developing employees, as well as implementing a performance management system within the limits of Human Capital SOP & Policy as well as company and employment regulations
• Ensuring employee competency development is aligned with the company's goals and needs in the present and the future
