  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or related field. 
  • Proven experience 2-3 years in project management, preferably within the food service or FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of food service operations, market dynamics, and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Flexibility to travel as required
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with sales representative in terms of promotion, sales channel, and CRM to ensure maximum market impact
  • Set pricing strategies, plan and control marketing and sales budget allocation
  • Perform market analysis for new product development and product customization to improve customer value
  • Develop GTM strategy for new product launch and customer acquisition in Food Service
  • Plan, supervise and elevate brand activation and initiative
  • Direct monthly S&OP meeting to improve forecast accuracy and identify growth opportunity for the business by optimizing product portfolio
  • Conduct weekly busines review with stakeholder-sales review, customer project and contract
