Job Responsibilities
  1. Do consumer / market / shopper research activities
    • Conduct qualitative or quantitative research, and generate insight from it to understand market and consumer condition. The understanding from the primary research then formulated into recommendations which give strategic direction for brand (and other commercial stakeholders)
  2. Develop executive summary research & data reports
    • Arrange Retail Audit report based on established format in order to deliver recommendations which give actionable plan & strategic direction for brand, customer marketing, and sales team.
    • Arrange Marketing KPI Tracker report (Homepanel and Brand Health Tracking) based on established format in order to deliver recommendations which give strategic direction for brand (and other commercial stakeholders)
  3. Data processing, analysis, and draw insights for strategic development
    • Provide data and develop insights in support to build strategic recommendation for channel development, NPL (innovation), shopper understanding, and communication for brand team based on insights that is happen in the market and consumer life. The insights and analysis will be the base for strategic direction that come from primary and secondary research.
