1. Minimum Associate's degree in any major, preferably Marketing, Management, or Communication.
2. At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative in an FMCG company, especially in traditional/modern retail segments.
3. Knowledge of marketing and distribution areas in Bima region and its surroundings.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Able to work with targets and possess strong market analysis skills.
6. Own a motorcycle and a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C).
7. Proficient in using mobile devices for reporting and administration.

1. Achieve Garudafood product sales targets in BIMA retailer area according to the established plan.
2. Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to ensure product availability and proper display arrangement.
3. Build strong relationships with outlet owners or persons in charge to enhance customer loyalty.
4. Execute promotional activities and trade marketing programs as directed by the supervisor or manager.
5. Monitor, record, and report competitor activities related to pricing, promotions, and sales activities in the BIMA area.
6. Manage receivables and ensure timely payments from customers.
7. Conduct market surveys and provide input regarding potential area or product development.
