Job Responsibilities

Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Officer (Junior) at Garudafood, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure smooth hiring operations across assigned functions. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about delivering a positive candidate experience.

You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to execute recruitment activities efficiently while building a strong foundation in talent acquisition.


Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Execution

  • Support end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer administration
  • Ensure timely scheduling and coordination between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of candidates

2. Sourcing Support

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Support initial screening to assess basic qualifications and fit
  • Build and maintain candidate databases for future hiring needs

3. Candidate Experience

  • Ensure smooth and professional communication with candidates throughout the process
  • Provide timely updates and follow-ups
  • Support a positive and engaging candidate journey

4. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate closely with hiring managers and internal teams for interview scheduling and feedback collection
  • Support TA team in aligning hiring timelines and requirements

5. Recruitment Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and documentation
  • Assist in preparing basic recruitment reports (e.g., pipeline status, hiring progress)
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes

6. Employer Branding Support

  • Support execution of employer branding initiatives such as campus hiring, job fairs, and social media postings
  • Assist in preparing recruitment materials when needed
