Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Logistics area.
  • Good understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) business processes, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
Job Responsibilities
  • Act as the control tower for SNS service level performance towards Principals (non-group companies).
  • Serve as the single point of contact for Principals regarding logistics matters, including:
    1. Managing policies and processes for new Principal onboarding.
    2. Monitoring the management of Principal products in warehouses.
    3. Monitoring product deliveries from Distribution Centers (DC) to Depots and from Depots to customers.
    4. Monitoring demand forecast submissions to ensure timely execution.
    5. Managing and ensuring compliance with Principal product storage standards in warehouses.
  • Develop and maintain minimum product shelf-life standards for Principal products stored in SNS warehouses (DC & Depots).
  • Handle complaints related to Principal products, including delivery and storage issues, and develop complaint handling process flows.
