2. Monitor and control logistics processes from receipts to dispatch, ensuring stock accuracy and timeliness.
3. Liaise with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth supply of promotional items and event needs at branches.
4. Manage logistics administration documents such as delivery orders, shipping invoices, and stock reporting in accordance with corporate procedures.
5. Conduct periodic evaluation and reporting of branch logistics performance to management.
6. Identify potential logistics issues at branches and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
