Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Supervisory or team leadership experience in the dairy or beverage manufacturing industry.
Proven technical background and hands-on maintenance experience with Tetra Pak technology (particularly A3 Speed lines) is strongly preferred.
Strong expertise in industrial equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance planning, spare parts management, and team leadership.
Lead and manage the maintenance team (technicians) to ensure high equipment availability, reliability, and minimal breakdown time across Processing, Filling, and DE areas.
Plan, execute, and evaluate Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules and Autonomous Maintenance tasks.
Lead rapid breakdown response and complex troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, and automation issues on production lines.
Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) for major equipment failures and implement corrective/preventive action plans.
Enforce strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygienic maintenance standards, and workplace safety protocols during engineering activities.
