3. Proficient in banking applications, cashier software, and ERP systems.
4. Detail-oriented and able to manage transactions accurately.
5. Professional communication skills for interaction with marketing teams and external parties.
6. Willing to be assigned at distribution sites or marketing offices as required by the company.

1. Manage cash and bank receipts and disbursements for marketing transactions accurately in accordance with company procedures.
2. Perform daily reconciliation between marketing transactions and cash/bank balances.
3. Prepare and maintain proof of marketing transactions and ensure document completeness as required by audit.
4. Process payments to third parties related to marketing activities (vendors, media, promotions).
5. Coordinate with marketing and finance teams to ensure smooth transactions related to promotional campaigns.
6. Monitor and report cash and bank flows within the marketing department regularly.
