Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
High sense of responsibility, strong ownership, and a proactive approach to maintaining optimal machine performance.
Proven ability in complex problem solving and executing both preventive and corrective maintenance on dairy production machinery.
Experienced in managing and improving maintenance key performance indicators, specifically MTTR and MTBF.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, mechanics, PLC/automation, and the application of thermal photography.
Familiarity with ISO 50001 (Energy Management System) and manufacturing utility/maintenance systems is a distinct advantage.
Lead the execution of planned corrective and preventive maintenance for Tetra Pak, A3Speed, and A3CF machines, as well as all supporting machinery across the dairy line.
Optimize machine reliability with a strong focus on reducing Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and increasing Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) rates.
Identify best practices and implement effective technical solutions during complex troubleshooting on dairy line operations.
Ensure machine availability, strict compliance with safety standards, and smooth achievement of production targets independently and thoroughly.
Perform technical verifications of electrical and mechanical installations, while actively identifying opportunities for energy efficiency.
