1. Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field.
2. At least 1 year of experience as a Planning Officer in the FMCG industry.
3. Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and SAP software.
4. Solid understanding of planning processes.
5. Strong analytical thinking.
6. Communicative, detail-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively within cross-departmental teams

1. Develop and implement shipping plans to support the achievement of sales targets.
2. Coordinate with sales, distribution, and manufacturing teams on demand planning and product distribution.
3. Prepare reports on shipping activity performance and monitor results on a regular basis.
