Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Food Engineering / Agricultural Engineering / Agricultural Industrial Technology / Food Technology
Min. 1 year in a similar field or Fresh Graduate
Understanding food processing technology, regulations, and raw/packaging material characteristics
Knowledge of Food Safety Systems (HACCP, SSOP, PRP, GMP), Traceability, QC for non-QC, and Sampling Systems
Knowledge of Non-Conformance Product Handling (NCPH), Packaging Improvement, and basic packaging machinery
Understanding Quality, Food Safety, Environmental Management Systems, SHE, Halal Assurance (SJH), and 5S/5R
Execute trials for New Product Launch (NPL) and Existing Product Improvement (EPI), including material selection for raw/packaging materials per time table.
Coordinate cross-departmentally and manage NPL stages from prototype scale-up to commercial production aligned with the business plan.
Ensure consistent product quality, verify internal/external complaints, and perform PICA for raw/packaging material non-conformities.
Implement work systems based on Work Instructions (WI) as well as material and process standardization in accordance with applicable quality management standards.
Source cost-effective raw and packaging material alternatives without compromising product quality.
Preparing reports for performance evaluation, data completeness, and continuous improvement planning.
