Education

Job Responsibilities

1. Production Operations Monitoring

  • Monitor and ensure production targets (PPIC) are achieved by reducing production breakdowns to support the achievement of production targets.

  • Monitor and ensure RM-PM yield targets are achieved by controlling RM-PM waste to achieve the targeted RM-PM yield.

  • Lead daily review meetings with partners and monitor the production operations database.

  • Conduct weekly review meetings with partners to follow up on the completion of PICA (Problem Identification and Corrective Action).

  • Verify the monthly production operations database to ensure data accuracy and consistency with SAP.

2. Quality Control Implementation

  • Control the quality of raw materials and products produced by partners to ensure that all raw materials and finished products comply with applicable standards.

  • Verify the inspection of raw materials, packaging materials, and products to ensure conformity with established specifications and standards.

  • Ensure process parameters and product quality comply with CRQS standards at partner facilities.

3. Quality Assurance Monitoring

  • Conduct audits of Food Safety Management System implementation (GM and SSOP) and HACCP System implementation at partner facilities to ensure production processes comply with applicable regulations.

  • Evaluate audit results with partners and provide recommendations for corrective actions regarding non-conformities identified during internal audits.

  • Conduct internal audits of the Halal Assurance System (SJH) to monitor and evaluate compliance with SJH implementation.

  • Conduct monthly BDKT verification to ensure that any deviations identified during BDKT assessments are promptly followed up.

  • Evaluate traceability movement reports to ensure that any discrepancies can be promptly identified and followed up.

4. Quality Meetings

  • Conduct weekly quality meetings with partners to ensure that production processes are carried out in accordance with agreed standards and requirements.

  • Follow up on action items agreed upon in meeting minutes according to the agreed deadlines to ensure that all commitments are properly implemented.

5. Reporting System

  • Prepare daily reports covering Production Results, Quality Inspection of RM, PM & FG, and Material Efficiency.

  • Prepare monthly reports covering Production Results, Quality Inspection, PrP Audit Results, Halal Audit Results (every six months), Retain Sample Inspection Results, Process and Loading Reject Reports, and BDKT Reports.

6. Waste Management

  • Monitor waste sales administration to ensure completeness and accuracy of all waste sales documentation.

7. Work Culture

  • Support company programs such as 5R (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures), HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), K3 (Occupational Health and Safety), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and other relevant programs to maintain and improve work quality.

8. Improvement Management

  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives using various improvement management tools, such as Small Group Activity (SGA), Suggestion System (SS), Cross-Functional Team (CFT), A3 Report, and other relevant tools, to achieve continuous and sustainable improvements over time.
