Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or Supply Chain Management (SCM).
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain Management, particularly in Inventory Management.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • High level of initiative, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels across all supply chain points (DC, Depo, and PS).
  • Conduct periodic reviews and ensure all fulfillment-related indicators and master data are consistently updated in the fulfillment system (SLIM4 & BY).
  • Ensure and monitor SKU availability for POM & NPL products is maintained at the right location, time, and quantity to support distribution and sales activities.
  • Ensure smooth execution of product transition from old SKUs to new SKUs.
  • Collaborate with IVO, Demand, Supply, and Logistics teams to improve and achieve customer service level targets.
