Job Requirements
  1. Currently in the final year of university or a fresh graduate, preferably majoring in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  2. Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
  4. Good communication and coordination skills.
  5. Proactive, responsible, and comfortable handling routine administrative tasks.
  6. Familiar with social media platforms and interested in Brand Marketing activities.
Job Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support for Brand Marketing activities and projects.
  2. Manage marketing-related documents, data, reports, trackers, and administrative records.
  3. Support coordination and administrative follow-up with agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
  4. Assist the Brand Marketing team in supporting social media activities in collaboration with agencies, including content coordination, weekly posts, activations, and consumer complaint follow-up.
  5. Provide other administrative support for Brand Marketing activities as required
