Job Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • Proficient in Lean Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering tools, including Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Time & Motion Study, and WOLA.
  • Strong understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), including the 8 Pillars and their practical application in manufacturing operations.
  • Strong understanding of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), including detailed calculation, performance analysis, and the 8 Big Losses.
  • Understanding of process flow, process parameters, capacity analysis, and line balancing to optimize production flow and productivity.
  • Experience in implementing Daily Management System (DMS), Gemba as part of daily operational management and continuous improvement.
  • Understanding of Manning Governance and Standard Manpower Requirements, including workforce allocation and productivity standards.
  • Understanding of Yield management, including yield calculation, loss analysis, and improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset with the ability to translate operational data into actionable improvement opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
  • Analyze and optimize production process flows, process parameters, capacity analysis, and line balancing to enhance overall manufacturing productivity.
  • Apply Lean Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering tools—such as VSM, Time & Motion Studies, and WOLA—to eliminate operational waste and streamline operations.
  • Track, calculate, and evaluate machine effectiveness through OEE metrics while developing targeted countermeasures for the 8 Big Losses.
  • Support and drive the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) across plant operations based on the 8 TPM Pillars.
  • Oversee Manning Governance and Standard Manpower Requirements to ensure optimal workforce allocation and adherence to productivity standards.
  • Monitor and analyze process yields, perform loss analysis, and implement key improvement initiatives to minimize yield loss.
  • Maintain daily operational rigor and foster a continuous improvement culture through the execution of Daily Management Systems (DMS) and regular Gemba walks.
  • Translate operational and production data into structured analytical insights and actionable strategies for continuous operational excellence.
