Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant engineering disciplines.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in process development, process engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.

  • Good understanding of liquid beverage manufacturing processes.

  • Knowledge of heat transfer, heat exchangers, mass & energy balance, fluid mechanics, piping, pumping, mixing, heating, and cooling.

  • Understanding of process scale-up, process optimization, and energy efficiency.

  • Strong data analysis and root cause analysis skills.

  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and hygienic manufacturing practices.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct process analysis, scale-up, pilot and industrial trials, and process validation for new or improved products and processes, as well as evaluate equipment performance.
  • Identify process losses, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities through data analysis and root cause analysis.
  • Execute process improvement initiatives, including productivity improvement, energy saving, and cost reduction programs.
  • Document process parameters, specifications, SOP/WI, trial reports, and other related process.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Production, Quality, PPIC, Procurement, and other functions to ensure successful process implementation.
