• Minimum Associate/Bachelor's degree (D3/S1) in Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.

• Strong understanding of Warehouse Management System (WMS), FIFO/FEFO, and inventory analysis.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and SAP is a strong plus.

• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and team supervision skills.

Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and material flow (Raw Material, Packaging, Finished Goods) to support production continuity. Lead warehouse layout optimization, space utilization, and stock movement strictly adhering to FIFO and FEFO principles. Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock opname, conduct reporting and data analysis, and uphold 5S, SHE, GMP, and Food Safety standards.
